Health & Safety Law & Management: Understanding legal obligations (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974), safety legislation, Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations, and conducting risk assessments.
Supervisor Roles: Leading, managing, and supporting teams to promote safety and site productivity.
Environmental Awareness: Understanding environmental legislation and impact, including waste management.
Site Safety & High-Risk Activities: Managing safe systems of work, excavations, working at height, Confined spaces, electrical safety, and manual handling.
Occupational Health & First Aid: Managing hazards like COSHH (substances), vibration, noise, and emergency procedures (first aid, fire).
