National Highways Sector Scheme 10B requires all VRS managers to hold a Black FISS/CSCS card.
To gain a Black FISS/CSCS Manager’s Card, you must
Hold the Level 5 Diploma in the Principles of Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Attend and pass a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course
and pass the Health, Safety and Environment test for managers (MAP)(touchscreen)
